Mac Mabidilala

Mac is Head of Research at Trade Intelligence and author of Ti’s Retail in Africa Report. He has a demonstrated history of working in the consumer-packaged goods industry and information services industry. He is passionate about developing solutions for Africa's growth and advancement by creating a knowledge economy and is a strong strategy and research professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Strategy and Innovation, from Stellenbosch Business School.

Feyi Olubodun

Feyi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Open Squares Africa, a marketing strategy consulting firm with the mission to “interpret Africa for businesses with an Africa focus, thereby helping them navigate businesses successfully there.” He currently consults for multi-nationals and indigenous businesses on how to win in the African marketplace, with assignments across multiple regions on the continent. Feyi is one of the leading authorities on understanding the African marketplace, and the author of the seminal book ‘The Villager: How Africans Consume Brands’ which articulates the only proprietary framework for understanding African consumer. A seasoned business leader, Feyi was previously the CEO of Insight Publicis, Nigeria's foremost and arguably West Africa’s largest marketing communications firm.

Rose Ronoh

Rose is a passionate Trade Policy Professional working in Kenya with over seventeen years work experience drawn from both public and private sector in Kenya. She has extensive experience in trade policy, cross border trade and regional integration. Her recent activities involve being a member of Kenya Government committee for negotiation and implementation of the Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement(AfCFTA).

Eric Kinoti

Eric is a Senior Managing Partner at Nineyard Consult Group Limited and has interest and experience in information technology, retail chain management, entrepreneurship, customer relations, experience enhancement and public relations.
His focus on Kenya’s growing retail sector started with at Navias Ltd in 2015 and since then, has worked with major players including MAF Carrefour Kenya and the Massmart Group. He now uses his experience to help grow CPG businesses by enhancing their potential through optimization of the following areas: strategy, consumer insights, marketing, business process engineering and operational excellence.
